• Flowers are ordered online through the Elderflower Studio shop. You can order bouquets, arrangements, and gifts for pick-up each week.
• Orders are ready for pick-up on Wednesdays, unless otherwise noted on the website.
• Orders for each Wednesday close the previous Monday at 12pm/Noon EST, and any orders that come in after 12pm/Noon EST on Monday will be processed and ready for pick-up the following week!
• Our DIY Bud Vase Bar can be ordered for any day of the week, with at least 1 week's notice. When ordering a bud vase bar you'll select your pick-up week from the drop-down menu and write your preferred pick-up days in the message box at checkout.

You'll choose your location at check-out and once you place your order you'll receive an email with any additional pick-up details.

*All items are available for pick-up at Buunni Haven Plaza EXCEPT for our DIY Bud Vase Bar. These are only available for pick-up from our studio.

At the moment, since we're a small operation, our standard pick-up day is Wednesday.

We are sometimes able to accommodate flower orders outside of our Wednesday pick-up window. Please reach out to us at hello@elderflower.studio and we'll do our best to make something work.

Bouquets, arrangements, and bud vase bars are designer's choice, and the flower varieties and color palette will vary from week to week. We work with what's in season, so with each order you'll get to experience the blooms and colors of the moment.

Yes! To add a gift note please write your message in the notes at checkout and we'll include a handwritten gift note with your flower pick-up.

We can also provide a blank gift note card if you'd prefer to write one after pick-up! Just let us know in the notes.

Delivery is available on a case-by-case basis. This is a (mostly) one woman show, so depending on the week I can take on a few deliveries at a time! If you’re interested in having flowers delivered to you or someone else please get in touch and I’d love to work something out.

We are planning to offer delivery soon to upper Manhattan neighborhoods, from Morningside Heights to Inwood. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when delivery slots open.
