Flower Order FAQs

I'd like to order flowers! What is the ordering process?

  • Flowers are ordered online through the Elderflower Studio shop. You can order bouquets, arrangements, and gifts for pick-up each week.
  • Orders are ready for pick-up each Wednesday, unless otherwise noted on the website. Orders for each Wednesday close the previous Sunday at 12pm/Noon EST, and any orders that come in after 12pm/Noon EST on Sunday will be processed and ready for pick-up the following week!

How and where do I pick-up my flowers?

  • Flower orders are available for pick-up each Wednesday (unless otherwise noted on our website) from our Washington Heights studio, at 157th and Riverside Drive. Once you place your order you'll receive an email with all of the pick-up details!
  • Orders for Wednesday close the previous Sunday at 12pm/Noon EST, and any orders that come in after 12pm/Noon EST on Sunday will be processed and ready for pick-up the following week!
  • Any gifts or accessories you order will be ready to pick-up with your flowers.

We are hoping to offer more pick-up locations and days in the coming months, so stay tuned and sign up for our newsletter to be notified when those open!

Can I order flowers for pick-up on another day?

At the moment, since we're a small operation, our standard pick-up day is Wednesday.

We are sometimes able to accommodate flower orders outside of our Wednesday pick-up window. Please reach out to us at hello@elderflower.studio and we'll do our best to make something work!

What flowers will be in my bouquet or arrangement?

At the moment bouquets and arrangements are designer's choice, and the flower varieties and color palette will vary from week to week. We work with what's in season, so with each order you'll get to experience the blooms and colors of the moment.

Do you offer delivery?

At the moment, orders are pick-up only, from our studio in lower Washington Heights. We are planning to offer delivery soon to upper Manhattan neighborhoods, from Morningside Heights to Inwood.
